Stacey Hewitt is a passionate board certified Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner who is dedicated to improving the health and well being of the older adults. Her passion is to focus on optimizing the quality of care for older adults. Studies include her undergraduate at Reading Hospital and Kutztown University. Graduate studies from Wilkes University. She spent over 20 years working with this population managing chronic conditions, working with other disciplines to ensure best practice. Settings include community/home health and long term care facilities. She also enjoys being an educator for our future healthcare.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, son and their 3 furbabies.
